Motor Upgrades

If your cart has a good power supply and it still struggles climbing hills or getting up to speed, it may be time for a motor upgrade.

• Older 36V EZGO carts have a speed of 10-12 MPH.  Our motor upgrade will increase the speed to 22-25 MPH and 25% more torque without changing the controller!
• Club Car carts have a stock speed of around 14 MPH.  Our motor upgrade will increase the speed to 22-25 MPH and 25% more torque without changing the controller!
• We also have packages that include changng out the controller and reaching speeds well over 30 MPH.

Suspension Repairs

If you have an older cart, you may have a bumpy ride with rattles and clunks.  That means your bushings may be out and your suspension tired.  We can replace suspension springs, shocks and bushings to restore your cart’s ride to what it was when it was new.

If you have added a rear seat, it is a good idea to add heavy-duty rear springs to handle the extra weight.  Remember, most golf carts were intended for 2 passengers only.
