Maintenance and Service Terms and Conditions

Salado Custom Carts Maintenance and Service Terms and Conditions are part of a management agreement, which is a legal contract between Salado Custom Carts and a client.

Services

Salado Custom Carts provides a wide range of mechanical services on golf carts for cart repairs, upgrades, and accessory installations.  These services may be performed at the client’s location or at a Salado Custom Carts designated location.  Services performed will be completed as soon as possible.

Warranty

All services performed include a minimum 30-day warranty of services provided.  Some parts have longer warranties included by the parts manufacturers.

Payments

Salado Custom Carts may require payment deposits to cover the costs of parts, sourcing carts, and other expenses.  Deposits will be communicated before starting any work.

Any outstanding balance will be due that the time of cart delivery or completion of services.
